Implement exchanging superstar shards between members of a faction.

It would be very nice to implement the exchange of superstar shards between members of a faction, many of us have shards that we will never use.

  I like the idea, but unlikely as Scopely won’t want premium/purchasable character shards being claimed that way I’d have thought....
