Sometimes game gets struck and I am loosing all my health

Hello All,

I have faced this issue twice. While playing or opening the match, game gets stuck. After waiting for some time I restarted the game and noticed that my superstars lost all their health.

Till now this costed me 100 health packs (approx)

Did anyone else experienced this?
