Failed gimmicks that you loved
There have been some gimmicks that flopped but you wonder why while others take off and you question why. What was your favourite character that just never took off?
I have two: Damien Demento and Papa Shango

For me, I would say Sean O'Haire's Devil's Advocate character.

Mordecai was dropped so quickly it was odd. Shock master just flopped. Literally

What about Kizarnee? They spent weeks and weeks showing promos of him talking his wierd ass talk, then he came out wrestled once or twice and was gone. Never to be heard of again in the wwe
