A Way to Keep Progress on non Facebook login?

I've been playing for awhile on my iPhone, and was going to join the portal/forum. But by all indications, that requires a new Facebook log in to the game, which it appears will erase my progress and shift me over to a whole new account.

Is there anyway to keep my progress in the game and use the Facebook associated features?


Because if I have to give up all my progress in the game to participate, I'll just delete the whole app.

    @Krakolich if you connect your mobile game to Facebook, the Web Portal will recognize your account and keep all your progress from the mobile game once you log in with Facebook there too.

    Progress will be synced across your accounts (Web and Mobile) so you can switch between the two devices seamlessly.

    If you have any issues, make sure to contact Customer Support.

    I have the same issue here. I have played the game for quite a while with level of 120. But I haven't connected to Facebook ever. Recently, I wanted to connect to my Facebook account and the game indicates the game will load the progress linked to my Facebook account which is actually no progress at all and any CURRENT unlinked progress (my level 120 account )will be lost. That's quite ridiculous. I don't want to erase everything I have achieved in the game just by connecting to my Facebook account. I believe there should be an option for the user to select which progress he/she wants to keep. Please advise how to handle my issues. Thanks.
