International forum topics

I saw that there was a rule to speak here English only. I've got no problem with that. But the game has expanded worldwide on the level that there are a lot of people who can't speak English that fluently or even at all. So maybe there should be some topics here for different languages with their own moderators who can speak both and then translate the problems, ideas, etc for the main forum moderators. Since it has just launched it's not that essential now, but maybe in the future it would help some other people more.
