Superstar database freezes using mobile

I accessed the web portal via my mobile, specifically trying to use the superstar database. After choosing a character and trying to view the stars e.g. 1 to 4 stars, selecting the drop down menu I experienced the following: the menu of stars flashes, and then disappears and then the web page freezes.
