If you're going to offer a contest, at least make it obtainable to all without the need to gamble with real money on the slight chance that you'll get the needed shards to get the character. It's basically a rip-off, there's no way to obtain anything and yet it's claimed that it's obtainable.

    Agree, it's a shame that most players can not complete the events because of the need to pay more to get required characters with no guarantee

    Best of luck. Skip scopely and go directly to apple with any concerns. They will refund you any erroneous or unethical purchases within last 90 days. They know it’s a concept being sold and real money given up in exchange so to stay true to their users they will place a lot of leeway to users argument and not allow charges to go as profit to scopely. I’ve had to do this twice and about to a third time after civil interaction for over a year. Sometimes it’s scopely sometimes it apple at fault but it always gets remedied so long as you have a reasonable concern/complaint and you are not trying to just take advantage of the system.


    Apple gets a bad rap but they earn their place in the world at the things they do well. As for Android or wherever else transactions are being exchange I cannot vouch for as I have not ventured outside of apple{scopely dynamic.


    I hope this doesn’t get redacted and/or deleted by the powers that be, but I will have this message saved and screenshots for efficient re-posting and proof. I recommend everybody screen capture and document every interaction with these guys because they sure have a habit of sloppiness at best and malice at face value when it comes to profits.
