Update the silver loot league & more champions than shards

I personally like the game

I think that You guys Should update the silver loot league

And give more champions than shards

  I dont think, we need a higher chance on getting new champs but think about giving at least as much shards as the actual level of this champ is. If its a 3 Star Gold Champ, it should fall under 800 shards. Just above this .
