Improve farming.

Have tours that are specific to farming certain TPs. All they should drop is TP based on the level. Also, MDM tech needs gear as well. Maybe even reduce farming time by having a replay button when you win a match to gain resources faster.

    not a bad idea caseyplatinum. the people who grind should be able to move forward in the game just as easily as people who just empty their wallets.
