Unable to load some showdown matches

What exactly is not working?

Go into showdown, battle, select opponent. Game loads, shows the entrances, then is stick saying loading with 2 fighters in the ring. Really sucks because I lose a bunch of health packs.


Where in the game did it happen?

Showdown.


What are the steps to reproduce it?

Answer in question 1. Happens randomly.


When or since when did it happen?

A week or so ago then keeps happening. Just happened again.


How often do you experience this issue?


I'd say every 5 showdowns or so.


What device are you playing on?Which OS and game version?

Galaxy note 10+ android OS 11 oneui 3.1
