Suggestion: Title Up Event/Contest

A Title Up Event, in my mind, would be similar to Coin/Evo and TP Events/Contests presently in the game, but, instead of gaining points by leveling up Superstars via Coins and moves via TP, points would be gained by Reinforcing Straps, Upgrading Medals, and
