Sid powerbomb plate not working as intended

So I equipped the Sid plate to my HOF Sarge. The plate is intended to give two additional power gems when you create gems as well as two additional ones at the end of your turn. I came across a few things wrong with the plate.

first if you use the red create power gem move you don’t get either two power gems during your turn nor do you get two additional ones when your turn is over.

then I did the blue move 3x3 power gem and it did create two during my turn but still did not create two additional ones at the end.

these have to be addressed and fixed.
