Only real requirements is line and/or discord app for better communication and do expeditions as they will help roster growth.

Other requirements will be event based until leadership feels it’s time for a change 


Looking for a partnership....you would run your faction your way...we run ours our way....but talent that needs training or needs a break would come to us....talent that is performing to your requirements could come over to you for better rewards
