Converting Shards of superstars into TP

I wanted to suggest that the fragments that we had of more than fighters, will enable an option to convert it into TP of the color of our preference, since getting posters is hard, or if not, at least enable a fusion of said characters to a higher rank .

I would like it if we could recruit superstars at whatever level we have shards for, if we have 20 shards let us get at 2sb, etc. but if we want to wait to recruit at the higher levels we can.

Make shards more achievable. 800 shards can be a bit much to come close and not get it.
