Stop SD Events While Broken

Outside of the normal Showdown mode, any special event Showdown has been a train wreck the past few months. Between the matchmaking issues and coin refreshes not resulting in attackable opponents its essentially making the feature look terrible on Scopelys end. Rather than just continue to use a broken feature, replace SD with Feuds or Blitz for now until the Dev team can review the feedback and make some much needed overhaul or patches to the code.
