Xsolla/Support Issue

I have made several purchases through the web portal without out issues. However, I made a purchase earlier this week and the transaction completed through Xsolla like it usually does.

I received the expected item in my rewards inbox with a claim button to push.

I pressed on the claim button and received zero loot coins and zero points bags.

I reached out to Scoply support where they asked for a screenshot of the receipt. I sent it to them. They responded back 48 hours later and said it is Xsolllas problem

it is clearly an issue on the Scoply side. And if they would investigate it we could work it out.

FYI the loot coins I was trying to buy expires in two days

    @Gloriacs please look into this. This is something Scopely CS should resolve, not Xsolla.

    @KyleStyle thank you for reporting this. We will get on this asap. This may have been an issue related to the AJ Styles tour issue. If so, that is getting resolved and you shouldn't have this issue again after.

    @paley13 is there any update on this issue? The What a year kickoff loot closes in 6 hours. I am at work and probably won’t be back online before the loot store closes
