Recycling

I would like to know when we can recycle all our unwanted items in the inventory, I've asked scopely but they wont give me an answer, does anyone have any more info on that issue?

    In the past (a year ago? something like that) they had a specific timeframe in which they allowed to people to throw their garbage in exchange for something. But it's not like a permanent thing.
