Hello Champions, DDP Hall of Fame has has the 30% gem damage and Health increase buffs added to put him in alignment with the other Hall of Fame Gold superstars.

This is great news, but I have a question. Aren't all of the HOFs supposed to have this? If I am correct, why did he not have it in the first place?

Because this is a standard buff for all hall of fame gold characters and he didn't receive it.
